Peeping Vic

My sister and her boyfriend recently moved out of the hostel and into a room in their new-to-them apartment which they share with an indeterminate number of Spanish-speaking people from Chile and Colombia.  The room is nice – spartan, but nice – and has a beautiful view of the Andes and the plaza below.

And then there is this:

Isn’t that always the way it goes?  You finally find a great place, move in and then come to find you have nosy neighbors.

No one in the apartment is exactly sure what Vincent From The Street (or Vinny From The Block as the English speakers here like to call him) is running for, but apparently he’s the vision that Chile needs.  His website is pretty entertaining if you have a moment.
