Crashbrowns
Posted by admin on August 19th, 2009 filed in foodBeen doing a lot of experimental cooking lately and found that sliced carrots and diced potatoes go well pan-fried together. So, the next logical step seemed to be explorating the potential of carrot hashbrowns (which we’ve dubbed “crashbrowns”).

It’s a fried mix of shredded potatoes, shredded carrots, diced onions, pepper and salt. Very very tasty. It’s a little more work than cooking sliced carrots and diced potatoes, but might just be worth it.
