Floride
Posted by admin on October 23rd, 2008 filed in generalMy dad and I have spent the last two weeks prepping for a bike ride from San Antonio to Florida (what he dubbed our Flor-ride) and since we’ll be too beat at the end of each day to tell friends and family how the day went, we decided to blog about it instead then they can catch up on our progress if they’re interested. Check it out through the link at the top right of this page (it’s the small print that says “bike log”) or through here.

Really enjoyed your triplog so far. My legs are sore just from reading. I think I’ll go to the refrigerator, then to the massage therapist! Keep the stories coming :-)

Greetings and Felicitations from SAT!
Having a great time living vicariously through your amazing blogs, wish I were there enjoying the Pain and Ecstasy =0 But don’t tell Dad, or he’ll have me doing quadruple centuries when ya’ll get back. (just kidding, you can tell) Of course, if I were there on my wedgie, I think I’d have a super wedgie after logging 677miles, yow! Gotta love those ‘bent bikes.
Hope the rest of the ride brings good fortune (and better accommodations). Happy Trails and Hammer on!!!!!
PS: My wife loves that fact that ya’ll discovered grits! From LA (state not town, but that’s another story).
